4. EMAIL MARKETING (JOINT SENDERS: FORK N' FILM AND SUPERTIX)

When you opt in to email updates on this site (via the hero / footer signup, the contact form, the group inquiry form, or the marketing-opt-in checkbox at checkout), you are consenting to receive promotional emails from two senders: Fork n' Film and Supertix (the ticketing platform that powers this site). Both senders may use the same email address you provided.

Supertix is a service operated by Prime Directive AI Ltd (UK Company No. 16551401, registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ). Supertix may email you about new venues using the platform, similar dining-cinema experiences in your city, or platform-related news.

You can opt out at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link in any email, which removes you from both senders' lists in one click. You can also email info@forknfilm.com to be removed.

Transactional messages (ticket confirmations, event reminders, refund notices, password resets) are not affected by this opt-in and will continue to be delivered as needed for orders you place.

5. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

Fork n' Film offers two opt-in SMS services: (a) waitlist availability alerts, sent when a sold-out show has a seat open up, and (b) day-before event reminders for ticket holders, which may include an offer for optional add-ons.

We collect mobile phone numbers only when you provide them voluntarily on our waitlist signup form or at checkout. We send SMS messages only when you have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent box at the time you provided your number. Consent is stored on your customer profile and can be revoked at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages you have requested.

6. ADVERTISING & GOOGLE ADSENSE
